Editing help
Hello everyone! Been a part of the community since Nov/Dec last year. First time posting so please be gentle and hopefully supportive! :-) I have purchased a few Codex's from Dana and I grabbed 4 this weekend (between server crashes!) and I am wanting to know the best way to do. I have used Claude Sonnet 4.5 with the codex files in a project. I also do have Novelcrafter as well. I am able to get a first draft of a novel done. However, then when it comes to editing I get so lost in the weeds!! I find that Chat and Claude will suggest edits. I tell them to do them and then it seems to get better. I then read and listen to the book and there are things that are off...like timelines, and remembering what happened previously. I have a romcom that they are talking on the phone, she finds out he is a school teacher in one chapter, then finds it out again in 2 or 3 chapters after that. Seems like most of the story is her just learning he is a teacher and I am like yelling at my computer, YOU KNOW THIS ALREADY. So then I hope maybe Novelcrafter will help with the "rereading 650 words of the previous chapter". I have 2 drafts and I ask Chat and Claude which one wins...it picks the one with the constant learning issue. UGH. I purcahsed Dana's NC course and did watch it. During it, she mentioned that she takes it a chapter at a time and doesn't do much if any editing...i was like HOW!! Is there anyone with some magic prompts or a easy to follow process. I have a handful of purchased Codex's and I would like to get these written and ready to publish quicker. I may just watch the NC course again from Jan but I am feeling like I am spinning my wheels here!
Valentine's Day Romance?
I'm going to take a page out of @Nicky Penttila book, 😉 and share my latest release I created using a codex/outline and NovelCrafter! The NC course REALLY helped and made this a much more seamless process. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GHPZ38LY

Antigravity - what plan are you on?
I just hit the free version rate limit and am trying to figure out what plan is actually worth it. Here’s the lineup as far as I understand it: - Google AI Pro: Free for 1 month, then $19.99/mo - Google AI Ultra: $124.99 for 3 months, then $246.99/m (And yeah, the “Google AI Plus” tier doesn’t even include AG, so I’m skipping that lol.) What I can’t figure out is how much the limits actually increase. Like... is Pro enough, or does Ultra feel dramatically better in real life? This is how Google describes it, which is honestly super vague: Users on Google AI Ultra or Google Workspace AI Ultra for Business receive: - The highest, most generous quota, refreshed every five hours - No weekly rate limit Users on Google AI Pro receive: - High, generous quota, refreshed every five hours - Higher weekly rate limit Users not on Google AI plans receive: - Meaningful quota, refreshed weekly - Weekly rate limit ...but what does any of that actually mean? 😂 Claude at least spells things out with x5 / x20 limits. Is anyone here on Pro or Ultra and willing to share how it feels in practice? 🙏
Can editing translations (after ScribeShadow) be automated?
I just finished editing my first German translation using first Gemini 3 Pro and then Claude. I'm glad I did as they caught idioms. And some Chinese characters in one chapter! I have a workflow and for the first time I could see how an automated workflow could help save me hours. Because it was pretty mindless. It takes about 12 minutes a chapter. Would Antigravity be best to use for an automation? Or something else?
