STOP!!! DO NOT import all your memory from ChatGPT to Claude
In our Weekly AI Workflow call on Thursday, I mentioned a prompt I had written to use if you are considering moving your information from ChatGPT to Claude. I, personally, did not moving ANYTHING over. I had a fully filled out Business Brain so I used those documents to build out all my projects in Claude, but I also don't plan on quitting ChatGPT anytime soon, so I'm not worried about losing anything. I have seen a few IG posts where people are saying to export your ChatGPT memory and upload it into Claude and I think that is stupid advice. Honestly. Stupid. Depending on how long you've been chatting with ChatGPT you've had a LOT of irrelevant, pointless, useless conversations that have NOTHING to do with your business. By all means, download your ChatGPT memory (make sure you open the email they send you and download the data right away as the link expires and you'll have to request it again) to have for save keeping. If you'd rather bring across only the important, relevant, business related data, use this prompt below, check the response for accuracy and feel free to import into Claude what's useful. ➡️ Prompt (also linked here as a Google Doc) ↴ Create a portable context file about me and my business based on everything you know from our conversation history and your memory of me. The purpose: I'm bringing this to a new AI assistant so it can help me without starting from scratch. Rules: - Only include what you actually know from our conversations - Be specific and useful, not generic - No filler, no flattery, no vague personality descriptions - If you don't have enough info for a section, write "Not enough data yet" and move on Formatting rules (follow these exactly): - Use markdown formatting throughout - Use ## for each section heading

How to Host Your Claude Artifacts Like a Pro (for Free!)
So you built something beautiful in Claude. A lead magnet. A sales page. A guide. A delivery doc for your offer. And now you're like... okay, how do I actually get this in front of people? Let me walk you through exactly what I do, because I spent a whole weekend building out branded artifacts and I want you to have the same setup. There are two ways to share what Claude builds for you. One is fine. The other is better. Let me show you both. 🔹 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭: 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 When Claude creates an artifact (that HTML thing that pops up on the right side of your screen), you can hit "Publish" and share the link. This is the simplest way. Everything works. The links work. It looks great. Here's what's nice about it: ✅ You can see how many people have viewed it ✅ Anyone can open it, they don't need a Claude account ✅ It takes about 10 seconds Here's what's not so nice: ⚠️ There's a "Customize" button that lets anyone take your artifact and remix it So if you built a tracker, a dashboard, a template that you WANT people to customize for themselves... this is actually perfect. Think fitness trackers, habit logs, goal planners. If you coach people on individual goals, steal this idea and run with it. Build a beautiful template and let your audience make it their own. But if you built something branded that you don't want people copying your breakdowns, your branding, your content... keep reading. 🔹 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮: 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆 (𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲) This is what I use. Netlify is a free hosting site where you can upload your HTML artifact and it becomes its own standalone webpage. No Claude border. No customize button. No one would even know it was built with AI unless you told them. You just look hella professional. And it's free. I have all of my lead magnets hosted in here on the free plan. It even shows you how many people have visited your page, which is cool. ➡️Here's the step by step. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭: 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗮𝗰𝘁 In Claude, click the download button on your artifact. It'll save as an HTML file to your downloads folder. Claude names it for you automatically.

🔁Closed Loop Prompt to Summarize Unfinished Conversations
I don't know about y'all but I have multiple conversations open with Claude (and sometimes with Chat) and I have a hard time remembering where I left off or if I still need to do something, or if we're still building something together... and then Helen suggested it when I asked her if there was anything she could ask to add to the community. So here is the prompt and a quick video ↴ Catch me up on this conversation. Summarize what we discussed and organize it into these sections: What We Covered — Brief summary of the main topics and decisions made Open Loops — Anything we started but didn't finish, or topics that need follow-up Decisions Needed — Anything still waiting on my call Action Items (Mine) — Things I said I'd do or need to do next Action Items (Claude) — Anything you were building, drafting, or working on that isn't done yet Where We Left Off — The exact point we stopped so I know where to pick up Suggested Chat Name — Give me a short, specific name for this conversation that I could scan and immediately know what it's about. Format: [Topic] — [Key Detail] Keep it short and skimmable. Bold the important stuff.

Caricature trend (Monika style)
If you go into ChatGPT and click "Create images", you'll see a few styles to choose from and one will say "Caricature Trend"... feel free to try it out... but I wrote my own prompt that gave me a way more accurate vibe so I thought I'd share: Create a detailed, stylized pixar style caricature of me in my workspace based on everything you know about my personality, aesthetic, business, and daily habits. Include visual elements that represent how I think, what I value, and how I run my business.

Claude and I fought and made up in one conversation!
I had a rough moment with Claude yesterday. Like fully cursed her out and still got nothing but "You're absolutely right" on repeat. 😤 So I gave up and came back today to the same conversation because context = 🤴 and thankfully Claude nailed it. I walk you through the whole drama in the video, why it was worth it and how it became a true full circle moment. 🫶
