If you go into ChatGPT and click "Create images", you'll see a few styles to choose from and one will say "Caricature Trend"... feel free to try it out... but I wrote my own prompt that gave me a way more accurate vibe so I thought I'd share: Create a detailed, stylized pixar style caricature of me in my workspace based on everything you know about my personality, aesthetic, business, and daily habits. Include visual elements that represent how I think, what I value, and how I run my business.

Stop collecting data. Start making decisions.
Here's what I just did that I had to share with you: I used Claude to help me choose personas for my ad targeting and copy. I had two different sets: - One from generic ChatGPT - One from Market Maven (my bot that actually researches my ICA and gives personalized personas) I took both sets and dropped them into a new Claude project called Ads. Then I asked Claude one simple question: "Which of these are better for targeting my ideal client avatar?" Claude analyzed both. Told me which one would perform better for Meta ads. (Market Maven won, btdubs) And here's the part that matters: As soon as Claude gave me the answer, I went into my Business Brain and deleted the losing personas. Done. Decision made. Moving forward. All my ads now target the winning personas. All my ad copy gets written to those personas. No more decision fatigue rolling around in my head. I gathered the data. Made a decision. Took action. This is the workflow most entrepreneurs are missing. You're using AI — which is fantastic. Give yourself a round of applause. But then what? You collect the data and... just sit on it. You don't use it to make a smart decision and pivot. That's why I built AI Skool of Business. I cannot stand watching people collect tools, collect data, and then not make strategic decisions that actually save money and time PLUS make more money. Your natural workflow should be: 1. Gather the data ↴ 2. Make a decision based on that data ↴ 3. Take the necessary action to implement that decision That's it. That's the whole thing. Stop distracting yourself from building a business you can be proud of. So here's my question for you: Where do you think you fall short in that workflow? Is it gathering the data? Making the decision? Or actually implementing? Be honest with yourself. That's where the real work starts.

Where my breakdown happens is implementation. Not because I’m lazy or inconsistent—but because: • I carry too much in my head instead of letting systems carry it • I keep refining instead of releasing • I step back into explaining, fixing, or rescuing instead of letting the process run without me So the workflow stalls after the decision, not before it. The growth move isn’t “learn more” or “decide better.” It’s this: build once → document once → repeat without re-explaining. When implementation becomes boring, automated, and slightly uncomfortable—that’s when scale finally shows up.
