Today's call was about Foundations and the whole call came back to one thing.
Context.
If your AI doesn't know your business, it cannot help you run your business.
Having a thousand conversations with Claude is not the same as training it.
That's like hiring your best friend to be your accountant because you talk every day.
Not the same thing.
Here's what context actually does when you build it right ↴
It turns Claude into the assistant who tells you "this isn't what we said we were doing today, why are we talking about this?" instead of letting you spiral down a rabbit hole at 11pm. I shared a screenshot of that exact moment in stories recently. That doesn't happen by accident. It happens because Claude has a project that knows my priorities, my offers, my customer journey, and my goals.
It also makes every prompt, every skill, every tool you've ever downloaded actually work.
The one-hour content month skill, the lead magnet builder, the brand glow up... none of it gives you anything good if Claude doesn't know who you serve, how you sound, and what you sell.
Prompts are dead. The 256-prompt packs are dead.
What's not dead is the foundation underneath all of it.
Sectioned out on purpose so you can pull just the brand voice into one project, just the ICA into another, just the offer details into wherever they belong.
One project per subject. Your offer, your client, or your business. That's it.
Replay is below. Daily Brief skill coming soon.
What's the first place you're going to add real context this week? 👇
