SEO for Farsi (Persian) website

I can't find any resources for SEO analysis for other languages other than EN. Specially for Farsi (my native language) which is usually not listed as supported language. I have relativly old website (10+ years) that I have written 200+ articles related to life quality and soft skills. I have done some of the basic SEO stuff while writing the article but I guess I need to do much more than that since google is not sending as much organic visitor as it used to.

Any recommendation?
