The problem with chasing random “SEO hacks” is that sometimes they actually work… for a while. Then Google rolls out an update, and suddenly your site is on life support. I realized our CTR was sucking for our main location page in Mesa, AZ. So after refining my Title Tag and Meta Descriptions (with special prompts @Nicolas Gorrono Teammate shares in the paid community) and testing different variations on 10 different pages and measuring results, that helped us blow up AGAIN! I looked at the last 3 months Vs. the same 3 months last year, and look how massive the difference is... 9X more clicks and like 35X more impressions. For my niche and my keywords I target, Mesa is our biggest area and it's like 30 searches per month and most areas I target only get 10 searches a month, and the competition is around 60 out of 100 SEO difficulty so these are not easy to rank for keywords, just one good lead for us can be worth a thousand USDs, but my niche doesn't get tons of volume so clicks for high intent keywords is critical. But I look at the growth and that crap just blows my mind... I'm so grateful for Nico and this community and the premium community. Just the last year for my family has been totally different from consistent, free traffic. But I learned getting to page #1 is good, but good is the enemy to great. Getting to page one and dominating the clicks is where it's at and the financial blessings follow. So a few days ago I finished migrating my website from Mailerlite to SiteGrounds (using wordpress & divi themes) and it took me like 2 grueling months to do it >.> but so worth it. Before coming into this AI community (and the paid membership community), I thought page speed was kind of a myth and it didn't matter as much as google and others mentioned... But my site (1st fold) load time was like 6.5 seconds and now it's a little under 3 seconds. I've had a lot of pages ranking well, but now with a faster server it's starting to make a big impact... A city I live nearby, San Tan Valley, I was not ranking in, even though our Mesa, AZ page has been crushing it in GMB & #1 in organic (I've shared that one in the past)... But I got my first discovery call booked today in San Tan Valley which was cool to see. So after I double checked Google search console, I found out we actually were ranking there for the #1 organic listing in San Tan Valley. So 1 year ago (like literally January 2024) I started my website: financial-advisorpro.com and my #1 goal was to rank for #1 on the Google business profile AND be in the top 3 website searches for our #1 keyword "financial advisor near me", before joining @Nicolas Gorrono community my Google business profile was close to the top 3 and the website was straight up garbage (or rubbish as some of you would say) lol. I struggled for like 3 years with website optimization and ranking webpages... Today I just checked with the "I search from" tool and verified on my Google Search Console, we rank #1 for our #1 keyword for both Google Business Profile and Website SEO. And the competition for this keyword for local seo is 52/100 so it's not a super easy keyword in our area. This also explains why we've been a lot busier and I haven't been able to be on all Nico's calls lol (sorry mate). But in November last year I joined Nico's paid community and it's made such a freakin difference for us. I'm really grateful for it.
