The 20-point checklist I run before I publish ANY page (steal it)
Every site I've launched this year gets indexed almost from day one, starts pulling organic traffic, and gets picked up by ChatGPT. It isn't luck. Every page runs through the same 20-point checklist before it goes live. I broke it into 6 phases so you can run it top to bottom. Nothing goes live until it passes. Phase 1: Agentic readiness (the new layer) 1. WebMCP exposed, so AI agents can actually use the page, not just read it (test it in Chrome Canary + Lighthouse) 2. llms.txt file present at the root 3. Schema done right for the page type, validated, zero errors Phase 2: Page architecture 4. One page, one intent (no kitchen-sink pages) 5. Every service on its own dedicated page 6. Content capsule technique: question as an H2, answer it immediately 7. Front-load the answer in the first ~30% of the page 8. Add your real experience ("I tried X and got Y") Phase 3: Trust and sourcing 9. Every claim backed, ideally with a number 10. Link the source inline, not dumped at the end 11. Author bio present (and in the Person schema) Phase 4: Technical pre-flight 12. Loads fast (aim under 2.5s, check mobile too) 13. Image SEO: WebP, not PNG/JPEG, plus descriptive alt text 14. Don't block the bots (check your Cloudflare AI crawler settings) 15. Pages are actually indexable (no stray noindex) 16. Title tags + meta descriptions written for humans 17. Internal links in and out, so nothing is an orphan Phase 5: Submit and measure 18. Submit to Google Search Console and request indexing 19. Submit to Bing Webmaster Tools (it helps you show up in ChatGPT) Phase 6: Old content 20. Revive anything 10 to 16 months old: rewrite, add fresh research, update it I turned the whole thing into a Google Sheet with real checkboxes so you can tick it off on every launch. Having been part of the paid community for the last 1 1/2 years, I had my own little checklist I've added to and I had all but #20 xD thank you for this info, I would have never been able to figure this stuff out on my own, incredibly valuable being able to optimize every inch of all our sites.
NEW: Build a Complete Local SEO Website with AI
(RESOURCES ATTACHED) Just dropped a new video building a local business website end to end with Claude Code, Claude Design, and Astro: research → silo structure → premium design → hyper-local pages → schema → live on Cloudflare. Most AI websites look great but never rank. This one is built to actually get found.

So good!
The 4 AI SEO Systems Making it Easy
Just dropped a new video walking through the exact 4-system loop I use (and that some of you are already crushing with): 1. Content Creation → writing for hidden fan-out queries 2. Distribution → one blog into YouTube + Shorts + Reels 3. Reporting → Claude + Google Search Console action plan 4. Revival → refreshing old content the AI engines love Real wins from inside this community shown in the video: - A member closed a huge mortgage deal directly from a ChatGPT recommendation - Another ranked 2 clients #1 on ChatGPT across all of Chicago, without optimizing for ChatGPT once. All the skill are attached bellow

Wow super in depth and a great video!
Farwell!?
Just saw this free community is ending. I'm SOOO grateful to find this community last year this month. I've been in the premium community for a whole year as of this month and it's been worth every dollar. It's like having a gym membership, but you actually use it lol. I would highly encourage anyone to join the premium community and hope to see you all there. Before Skool, I've ran private communities and it's a ton of work. Thank you @Nicolas Gorrono for all you do and have done. If you're on the fence about joining, my grandpa would always say "Either piss or get off the pot!", time to do what you've needed to do all year and grow your seo. It takes time, but it's so empowering and a beautiful thing when it starts to pop off.
SEO is crazy... Because good is the enemy to great.
So this is an epic win to my last big win that really moved our SEO forward a lot, and became a lot more profitable (this was the original post): https://www.skool.com/ai-ranking-free/another-cool-win?p=5de88b79 Even though ranking on page 1 for map pack and the website was good. I realized our CTR was sucking for our main location page in Mesa, AZ. So after refining my Title Tag and Meta Descriptions (with special prompts @Nicolas Gorrono Teammate shares in the paid community) and testing different variations on 10 different pages and measuring results, that helped us blow up AGAIN! I looked at the last 3 months Vs. the same 3 months last year, and look how massive the difference is... 9X more clicks and like 35X more impressions. For my niche and my keywords I target, Mesa is our biggest area and it's like 30 searches per month and most areas I target only get 10 searches a month, and the competition is around 60 out of 100 SEO difficulty so these are not easy to rank for keywords, just one good lead for us can be worth a thousand USDs, but my niche doesn't get tons of volume so clicks for high intent keywords is critical. But I look at the growth and that crap just blows my mind... I'm so grateful for Nico and this community and the premium community. Just the last year for my family has been totally different from consistent, free traffic. But I learned getting to page #1 is good, but good is the enemy to great. Getting to page one and dominating the clicks is where it's at and the financial blessings follow. I encourage you guys to always look to improve and even if you're #1, you can still find ways to grow, that's what a community is for. So I really encourage anyone reading this, join us in the premium community: https://www.skool.com/ai-ranking/about?ref=cd5c65b6c13d4376a3a5412ed0c2c992
