SEO From Your Phone: all the files
Everything from the video (Coming Soon) is attached to this post as a zip. On your phone? Scroll down, it's right there. 🤨What's inside🤨 1. START-HERE — the order of operations, and the "what goes where" table people get wrong 2. Checklist 1: connections — Windsor.ai for Search Console, Analytics and your Google Business Profile, plus your website connector 3. **Checklist 2: your two exports— People Also Ask and fan-out queries, as CSVs 4. 1. The setup prompt — paste into a normal chat with both CSVs attached. Gives you back your business brain and your content plan 5. 2. The project instructions — paste into the project's instructions field, not the knowledge 6. 3. Your phone card — screenshot it, it's the only thing you need on your phone 7. 4. The schedule prompt — the daily review check from the end of the video The one thing to get right Connect your data *before* you run the setup prompt. The content plan is built from your Search Console, so running it before you connect gives you a much weaker plan. The other thing people get wrong The two files Claude makes for you get **uploaded** to project knowledge. The project instructions get **pasted** into the instructions field. Not the other way round. DataWise is free for members here, so if you're doing the two exports, that's in the classroom.

The Complete 2026 SEO System (full walkthrough + every file)
New video is up, and it's the big one. 1 hour 20 minutes, start to finish. Most SEO content teaches you one piece. Write content with ChatGPT. Build a site with Claude. Do keyword research. What nobody shows you is how those pieces connect, and that's the part that actually decides whether you rank. So I built the whole thing as one system and recorded it end to end, using a real example: an EV charger installation business in Texas. What's in it: 1. SEO in 2026, and the three myths to kill first 2. Keyword research (transactional, informational, and fan-out queries) 3. Competitor analysis in four checks 4. The two page types: money pages and content pages 5. Planning and publishing the site 6. On-page SEO, five things plus speed 7. Internal linking 8. AI visibility and tracking 9. Backlinks and citations Everything's attached to this post: - The checklist Google Sheet. Every checklist from the video in one place: business brief, keyword map, competitor worksheet, money page checks, content capsule checks, page map, launch checklist, location pages, AI visibility, link tracker. Make a copy and it's yours. - The Business Brief prompt (attached in zip) . Run this first. It pulls the six facts about your business that every later prompt needs. - The Site Structure prompt (attached in zip) . Feeds off the brief and your keyword research, returns a full page map as a CSV. - The content prompt. The one that writes in the content capsule technique, with real sources cited. Two things worth repeating from the video: One page per service. Not one page listing all your services. This is the single most common mistake I see. The two second rule. Two seconds after landing on a money page, someone should know what you do, where you do it, and what to do next. Boring and clear beats clever and vague every time. Watch it at 1.5x if you need to. Then work through it one module at a time.

Learn and take action = new clients = monthly recurring revenue
I used what I learned in the premium group to get results like: ⭐ Ranking new pages and blog articles page 1 fast. ⭐ Increased Click Through Rate by 80% in 60 days. ⭐ Increased page ranking from 30 to 10 in 60 days. Then I used those results to get a new client by showing the results. $997 for a website build - I did it cheaper up front - I want that monthly recurring revenue. The website is the vehicle to being able to upsell services. For less than what it costs me to take my wife out to dinner I've learned how to create Digital Assets that generate my clients new leads every month. I want this for you too! Local SEO in big cities (Sydney, Australia)
Hi! I'm starting a local SEO agency. So Im on early steps. Any help will be more than welcome. Ive been wondering how should I organize my strategy for a plumber company in Sydney Australia. This company has created the GBP with no adress at all. On the creation of it, its been set as Service Area Business from start, and for verification, it used the SMS verification, so never had to put any adress at all. Ive got a few questions, 1- As theres no adress linked to the GBP, how do I do NAP Consistency throgh GBP, website and citations? 2- My client literally services all Sydney (300+ suburbs). If I do the home and service pages on the website for Sydney, How am I gonna rank for the specific suburbs? I'll build location pages for some suburbs, but will that help me to get on the map pack or jut organic? 3- The image attached is how it shows on Google. It seems to cover the whole Sydney area and the pin that google choose for the business its right on the center (near Parramata/Blacktown). How do I optimize for local SEO with that?

New clients
Hi all, I've been struggling with finding local businesses to actually buy or lease my ranked sites, and I know a lot of people here have been too. I spent some time working through it last week, and here's a simple way I solved it for less than $10/m: 1. Scrape every business in your site's niche and city from Google Maps. I use a free Chrome extension (Map Lead Scraper, there are a dozen like it), takes 10 minutes and gives you name, phone, website and email for 100 to 300 businesses. 2. Sort the list by who's already paying for leads. Search your main keyword and note which businesses are running Google Ads but not ranking organically. Those are your buyers. They've already proven they'll pay for calls, they're just overpaying Google for them. 3. Download a free mail merge for Gmail (I use YAMM, free tier is lije 50 sends a day) and send a short plain-text email: "I own the site ranking #1 for X in Y. It gets Z calls a month. Want me to forward them to you for a week, free, so you can hear the quality yourself?" 4. This is the part that changed everything: put a Twilio number on the site (about $1/m) and actually forward the calls to your best prospect for 7 days. Then follow up with and ou're not pitching SEO anymore, you're taking away leads they've already tasted. Total cost: Twilio number $1.15/m, a Gmail address. Well under $10/m, and the first yes for me came witjin two weeks. If anything is unclear, let me know. Hope this helps you 🙏
