SEO From Your Phone: all the files
Everything from the video (Coming Soon) is attached to this post as a zip. On your phone? Scroll down, it's right there. 🤨What's inside🤨 1. START-HERE — the order of operations, and the "what goes where" table people get wrong 2. Checklist 1: connections — Windsor.ai for Search Console, Analytics and your Google Business Profile, plus your website connector 3. **Checklist 2: your two exports— People Also Ask and fan-out queries, as CSVs 4. 1. The setup prompt — paste into a normal chat with both CSVs attached. Gives you back your business brain and your content plan 5. 2. The project instructions — paste into the project's instructions field, not the knowledge 6. 3. Your phone card — screenshot it, it's the only thing you need on your phone 7. 4. The schedule prompt — the daily review check from the end of the video The one thing to get right Connect your data *before* you run the setup prompt. The content plan is built from your Search Console, so running it before you connect gives you a much weaker plan. The other thing people get wrong The two files Claude makes for you get **uploaded** to project knowledge. The project instructions get **pasted** into the instructions field. Not the other way round. DataWise is free for members here, so if you're doing the two exports, that's in the classroom.
24 hours left on the 40% off (premium annual) | Sneak peak inside
Closes tomorrow, Sunday Aug 9. Not extending it. Check out the video below to get a sneak peek preview of what you'll get when you join. To be clear before anyone buys the wrong thing: this is the premium annual, not the basic plan. - Premium normally: $47/mo, so $564 across a year - Until tomorrow: $336 for 12 months, which is $28/mo - $228 less than paying monthly - $115.20 under the normal annual price What you're actually paying for Both plans include DataWise and the 7-Day Action Plan, so that isn't the reason to upgrade. Premium adds the four things that are not on basic: ✅ Weekly site reviews. You submit your site, I record a full audit video, you get the exact list of what's missing. ✅ Live Q&A twice a week. Bring a real problem, get it solved on the call, instead of posting a question and waiting four days. ✅ Every tutorial, updated weekly. The full library, kept current as AI search keeps moving. ✅ AI workflows for titles, metas, schema, content and local SEO. The site reviews are the one that actually moves people. You can't proofread your own website. You know the business too well, so your brain fills in everything the page doesn't actually say. Steven's site was live for eighteen months with nothing. He submitted it for one weekly review in March, rebuilt over a weekend off the findings, and Google's AI Overview now names his firm first for "restaurant accounting nyc". The strategy had been sitting in the classroom the whole time. Someone else's eyes on his specific site is what found the gap. Two questions that came up this week "Is DataWise included, or is it an upsell?" Included. Full access to every tool, no separate subscription, no second card. AI visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, Brand Tracker, Content Writer, rank tracking, site audits, backlinks, local SEO. "Does it renew at this price?" [NEEDS YOUR ANSWER: renews at $336, or reverts to the standard annual] Don't buy this if ❌ You're not going to do the work. The reviews show you what's wrong, you still have to go and change it.

⏰ 1 hour left on the 40% off
Last call. The premium annual closes in an hour, and it is not getting extended. - $336 for 12 months, which is $28/mo instead of $47 - $228 less than paying monthly - Premium only, not the basic plan Two things worth knowing before it shuts: It's grandfathered. Skool locks you at the price you join at, for as long as you stay. The annual price is going up at the end of the year as more tools get added to the platform. That increase won't touch you. It only works if you use it. Weekly site reviews, live Q&A twice a week, the full premium tutorial library, DataWise included. All of it sits there doing nothing if you don't show up. If you're not going to give it a few hours a week, save your money and catch the next one. 7-day money back guarantee. Cancel anytime. Join HERE

The Complete 2026 SEO System (full walkthrough + every file)
New video is up, and it's the big one. 1 hour 20 minutes, start to finish. Most SEO content teaches you one piece. Write content with ChatGPT. Build a site with Claude. Do keyword research. What nobody shows you is how those pieces connect, and that's the part that actually decides whether you rank. So I built the whole thing as one system and recorded it end to end, using a real example: an EV charger installation business in Texas. What's in it: 1. SEO in 2026, and the three myths to kill first 2. Keyword research (transactional, informational, and fan-out queries) 3. Competitor analysis in four checks 4. The two page types: money pages and content pages 5. Planning and publishing the site 6. On-page SEO, five things plus speed 7. Internal linking 8. AI visibility and tracking 9. Backlinks and citations Everything's attached to this post: - The checklist Google Sheet. Every checklist from the video in one place: business brief, keyword map, competitor worksheet, money page checks, content capsule checks, page map, launch checklist, location pages, AI visibility, link tracker. Make a copy and it's yours. - The Business Brief prompt (attached in zip) . Run this first. It pulls the six facts about your business that every later prompt needs. - The Site Structure prompt (attached in zip) . Feeds off the brief and your keyword research, returns a full page map as a CSV. - The content prompt. The one that writes in the content capsule technique, with real sources cited. Two things worth repeating from the video: One page per service. Not one page listing all your services. This is the single most common mistake I see. The two second rule. Two seconds after landing on a money page, someone should know what you do, where you do it, and what to do next. Boring and clear beats clever and vague every time. Watch it at 1.5x if you need to. Then work through it one module at a time.

Build your own AI visibility tracker for 91 cents
I built a custom AI search visibility tracker: a live page on its own shareable link that tracks where a website gets mentioned and cited across ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews. It refreshes whenever you want it to. It cost 91 cents to run. The whole thing is one prompt. It's attached below. Free, no email, nothing to buy. **What you need first** 1. **A ChatGPT subscription with access to Sites.** Sites is the plugin that turns the report into a real hosted page you can send to someone. It's not on the free tier. Chat or Codex mode both work, it genuinely doesn't matter which. 2. **A data source.** I use DataForSEO: https://app.dataforseo.com/?aff=182182. New accounts get **$1 of free credit**, and the report costs 91 cents, so your first one is effectively covered. After that it's pay as you go, so a one time $50 deposit lasts a long time if you're only tracking your own site. SE Ranking works too. You can also connect the Ahrefs or Semrush APIs if you already pay for them, but those get expensive fast and you'd be paying for data you're already renting. 🔌Connecting DataForSEO to ChatGPT🔌 is a two minute job and I've linked the walkthrough video in the description. Once it's connected you can build any custom SEO tool this way, not just this one. 👉🏼How to run it 1. Open a **new conversation** in ChatGPT. 2. Type `@` and pick **Sites**. 3. Attach the MD file and say: *"Please build this for [yourwebsite.com], follow the instructions."* 4. Hit enter and leave it alone for a bit. It may ask you a question or two. The prompt is long, which is why it's a file rather than something to paste inline. If you picked SE Ranking or another dataset instead of DataForSEO, you'll need to edit the API section near the top. **What you get back** A report, styled to the brand colours of whatever site you pointed it at, showing: - Where the site is mentioned and cited across ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews - **Which competitor is getting mentioned instead of you.** It picks that automatically, based on who is actually showing up in the AI answers, then tells you why them and not you.
