I was surprised at how I made my first money online using two nearly “dead” AI models with just 200 followers. I’m still a beginner, and I’d really appreciate any advice from you guys ❤️.

Had a crazy call today with one of the AI Model Factory members @Michael DiPietro. Mike joined at the very beginning when I launched the group in July 2025. 21 years old living with his parents and just finished high school. He had no clue what the f*ck he was doing with his life… but he knew one thing for sure — he didn’t want to end up as a regular 9–5 guy. After jumping from day trading → infoproducts → dropshipping YouTube videos… he finally decided to lock in on one thing: AI OFM. The problem? People scamming you with $50 ChatGPT ebooks fake gurus selling recycled courses and “AI millionaires” who started last week Nevertheless, Mike found one of my old YouTube videos (back when I was still faceless) and joined this free community —the one you’re reading this in right now. The issue? He was watching a lot…but not really executing. And that’s where most people here are stuck. - watching 6 different AI OFM youtube videos for “new methods” is not working. - watching ComfyUI tutorials on getting the most realistic skin is not working - switching models every 2 days because “this one might be better” is not working - copying what others do without understanding why is not working - checking your instagaram stats every hour is not working - jumping from IG to Reddit to Telegram without mastering one is not working. - thinking you need more information before you start is not working At some point you either lock the fuck in or you stay stuck. Anyway, I launched the beta of AI Model Factory and Mike was one of the first to join. Keep in mind — this was early AI OFM days… You’d have tears of joy if your model had 5 fingers instead of 6. im 30 days into this bussiness now and my rev is 3.2k atm. i have around 230 subs and i cant do this alone anymore + i need more time for marketing any people here that have chatters? where do you find filipino chatters how do you train them? any tips would be highly appreciated! thanks

I’m 18 and I’m having a hard time managing this business with my exams, especially the chatting part. It takes too much time, and that’s the only way I make money from my two models. I made $351.99 in my first 18 days. I want to grow it more because I only have around 200 followers on one model and 72 on the second, so I think it can do better. But right now, time is my biggest problem. I have final high school exams and I really want to pass and go to college. I don’t want to stop the business, but I also don’t have money to hire a chatter or use paid AI tools yet. Any advice on how I can automate or reduce the time spent on chatting (especially i dont make crazy money to spend it on chatter or ai ) would really help.
