You could test it as your accounts center already has aged enough, so technically that raises your trust score with Meta. The downside is that it might still link the new accounts with older accounts that have been banned. The whole thing where you just buy a new phone with a new sim and start a new account is seemingly getting harder now as Instagram's automated detection is so good it can match behavioral patterns with biometric data and fingerprint tracking - even on a brand new, unlinked device. With that all said, you could totally be fine on your existing phone. My main model's account (just hit 106k followers) is attached to my old accounts center which also has my personal Facebook and Insta inside it. That has had accounts that have been banned before, and so far, I've not had any issues. Risky? Sure, but honestly, Meta have made such a mess of their recent updates that everyone is simply in a phase that's trial and error. When one new strategy or piece of advice comes out it's usually obsolete the moment Meta decide to do an update - which almost feels like every day now. So your mileage may vary, but if I were you, I'd create a new one in your existing accounts center with the expectation that it *might* get suspended and disabled. Just play it very safe. Try to act like a normal, casual user. Follow some accounts, light engagement each day, No flesh, no thirst traps, and definitely no links. Anywhere. At least not until you hit 500-1k followers. And if possible, use a custom domain, not a link service like link.me, etc. Good luck.
