I am trying to setup a fresh phone (iphone 13) with a new sim, connected on data, apple wont let me create an apple account, i have been trying to do this for two consecutive days, reset the phone completely multiple times, always says at the end of creation process that it cannot be created at this time?? Is anyone familiar with this kind of problem…

I'm Brazilian and I've been flagged by FanVue. I'm afraid of getting flagged again and being banned from the platform. I'd like to move my operation to Telegram using a bot and a payment gateway, but because I'm Brazilian I can't use Lustify as they don't accept Brazilian documents, only passports, and I don't have a passport. Could someone help me with this?
