He also used Perplexity to cross-check a basement renovation estimate and it matched his pricing almost exactly, pulling region-specific square footage and linear footage rates. 💪 Gina: Built custom GPTs on ChatGPT that her office staff uses daily for warranty document interpretation (500+ pages of Tarion rules), marketing, financials, and sales team training. She's also doing image generation for marketing and exploring a website feature where clients could swap colours on standard home models (red door, different siding, etc.). 💪 Josh: Using a double-screen workflow where he talks to ChatGPT in plain language about what he wants, has it generate a detailed prompt, then copies that prompt into Claude to build the actual app. Using one AI to write prompts for the other. 🙇‍♂️ THE WORK 🙇‍♂️ Tonight we built two things from scratch inside Claude: 1. A branded proposal that reuses your existing template, applies your logo and colours, and sends itself through email, all from one chat. 2. A company health dashboard that pulls your data from QuickBooks, Google Sheets, or your CRM and turns it into a visual command centre in about 10 minutes. Prompts and Skills to copy and paste are attached in a zip file.
