How to stop hitting Claude's token limit (without paying for more usage)
Three habits that will stretch your usage further than any paid upgrade. 1. Speak your prompts. Don't type them. I use Wisprflow every single day. Free download here: https://wisprflow.ai Typing makes you lazy. You write 10 words, hit send, then fire off 5 follow-ups trying to fix what you actually meant. Speaking gets the full brief out in one shot. Hold a hotkey, talk like you're walking a foreman through the job, and clean text shows up on the screen. 2. One long prompt beats five short ones. Every follow-up forces Claude to re-read the entire conversation from the top. Five messages at 50 words each will burn more tokens than one message at 250 words. Think it through before you send it, same way you'd scope a job before you quote it. 3. Edit your message. Never send a follow-up. Every "wait, I meant…" gets stacked on top of everything that came before, and Claude re-reads all of it. The Edit button replaces the old message instead of adding to it. Use it. Try these this week and tell me what changes.

3 questions. That's it.
Before we build / teach any AI tool for contractors at Scelta, it has to pass all three: ☑ Is it safe? Human reviews everything before it goes out. Always. ☑ Does it replace a document heavy? If your team is buried in paper, AI fits. ☑ Does it replace a repetitive task? Same task, same way, twice a week or more? Candidate. All three checked? Build it. One missing? Leave it alone. This is how we decide what to build on Tuesdays. It's how we decide what to build for clients. It should be how you decide where to start. Save this. Next time someone tells you to "just use AI" for something, run it through these three questions first. If it doesn't pass, don't waste your time.

Generate a Podcast About Your Project
Hey everyone happy Friday! Quick reminder tip from our last call 👇 In Notebook LM: 1. Upload your project docs and client transcripts. 2. In the right side bar, find the Audio Overview button and click the pencil. 3. Select the Deep Dive option for Format. 4. And then you can tell it what it should focus on talking about in the podcast in the text field! Perfect for the long truck drives to sites and client meetings. Great to generate project overviews for your team and share too. Hope you all have a great weekend and get some good sleep and recovery in to come back Monday ready to perform 💪

Record Your Sales Meeting and then Generate a Sales Presentation with Notebook LM
Quick clip from this week's call. If you're meeting with a potential client, record it with Otter.ai. It's free for up to 300 minutes a month. Once the call ends, drop the transcript into NotebookLM and prompt it to generate a sales presentation. You can add your website as a source and ask Notebook to follow the branding of your website. After it generates, you have a polished deck to send to them same day while they're still excited about the project. See you all next Tuesday!
