Charles jumped into Mini Quest 1 yesterday and already got his first game working. That’s the whole point — don’t start with the dream RPG/FPS/racing game. Start with something tiny, learn the workflow, then scale up. If you haven’t done Mini Quest 1 yet, do that today.

Congratulations to @Sascha Ahlers and @Pete Clarke ! They both rose to the occasion and released their amazing games in time for the Cursor Vibe Jam 2026 deadline. @Sascha Ahlers released Ship It a meta game jam game (amazing idea!). @Pete Clarke released Anomaly Arcade a trippy arcade experience (yep beautiful moments, def!) I highly recommend you play both!

Well it took a little longer than a week 🤣. I was waiting for someone to really step up to the mark and hit a home run. ⚾️ Of course @Wes Spitz was the first to make it on to the Progress Wall with an early version of his Neon Invader game. However not satisfied with that version he released a new version that is simply amazing and a great example of what's possible with AI (Claude in this case). It doesn't just look better, it plays much better with additional mechanics, power-ups, waves etc. So congratulations @Wes Spitz , you are the clear winner of Weekly Challenge 1 🥇🏆🎉 !
