What I learned from 1,000 runs in my game
Instead of guessing game balance, I tracked real player data from my tower survivor prototype. ~1,000 runs later: → Median vs average is INSANE → Top 1% completely distort the stats → Engagement is way higher than expected → Progression curve is clearly off Full breakdown here: 👉 https://nootcode.de/s/tower-survivor-stats When you build games, this data is pure gold. So keep that in mind when you are planning your game!

@Anna Stoilova I haven't started yet. Just trying to get some outreach on social media channels. Guess Facebook will be my #1 go to channel firsthand for customers.

I Built Snake in less than 60 Seconds with AI!
You know Snake, right? That classic game we all spent hours on? Well, imagine building it from scratch in under a minute. That's exactly what I did using a single AI prompt! I just typed in my request, asking for a Snake game with arrow key controls, growth, collision detection, and a score counter. Then, I watched in real-time as the AI generated all the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code. It was mind-blowing to see lines of functional code appear so quickly. And the best part? It worked perfectly the first time! No debugging, no endless tutorials, just a working game ready to play. Look at it go! The snake is eating, growing, and responding to my commands. This isn't just theory; this is practical, instant game development. If you've ever wanted to make games but felt overwhelmed by coding, this is your sign. AI changes everything. It's about getting straight to the fun part: playing your creation. This is the power of AI Craft. You can create amazing things from just a single thought. It's truly magic!

@Morgan Page @Andrew Jules They were quite popular in germany for a short time frame. Just like Siemens mobile phones.
Gamification vs Games
I've never successfully created a game (yet!). I build other kinds of software products. But Skool has really made me think about how powerful gamification is. Have any of you incorporated gamification into other types of products?

Yes I implemented quite some Gamification to my websites / webapps I vibe coded. Like on https://fotogpt.de I tried to use some of the main skool mechanics that you get XP for activity as well as achievements and you unlock courses + features like auto-approved uploads on the website.

@Nick Hough Well I am currently still more in the building phase than marketing, so I got some registered users and some people like-spam images to get access to the courses, but people are not uploading their own images yet, so I have to work on that one I guess :)
Turn your game into “DLSS 5 ON” 👀 (drop your result below)
“DLSS 5 ON” for my game… without DLSS 👀 I took a screenshot of my small city-builder PinguCity 3D and pushed it through AI like it’s running some insane next-gen DLSS 5. Result: Same layout, same buildings… but way more detail, lighting, textures, vibes. Kinda feels like: “what your game looks like in your head vs. what you actually shipped” 😄 If you wanna try this for your own game, here’s the prompt I used 👉 __________________________________________ Take this game screenshot and recreate it as if it was rendered with “DLSS 5 ON”. Important: - Keep the exact same layout, camera angle, UI positions and structure - Do NOT redesign the scene, only enhance it - Make everything significantly more realistic, detailed and high-end - Add ultra detailed textures, global illumination, cinematic lighting, soft shadows - Improve materials (glass, metal, reflections, roughness) - Add subtle particles, atmosphere, depth, ambient occlusion - Sharpen the image like next-gen rendering - Keep it recognizable as the same game, just massively upgraded Style: - AAA next-gen game graphics - slightly over-the-top, visually impressive - vibrant but realistic lighting ___________________________________________ Honestly this is super fun for: - showing your game potential - marketing / social content - visualizing “future versions” If you wanna try the actual game (without fake DLSS 😄): 👉 https://pingucity.nootcode.de/
