ANNOUNCING: What's working in AI in 2026 (real projects, real revenue)
Quick news. We're doing our first virtual event, and the rule is simple: every person on stage has to show their actual work. The actual projects they're selling. The actual outreach they're using to land clients. The actual numbers behind it. No theory. No tutorials. Just what's working in 2026, taught by the people doing it. Waitlist's open. Get on it before tickets go live: -> What's working in AI in 2026 (real projects, real revenue) PS: Annual members of AIS+ get in for free. We will be announcing discounts for monthly members. If you’ve been thinking about joining AIS+, it’s a good time.

🚀New Video: Every Level of Claude Explained in 21 Minutes
I've spent over 400 hours inside Claude, and I'm breaking down exactly what separates someone stuck on level 1 from someone running five parallel sessions while they sleep, with the cheat codes to jump between each stage. Hope you enjoy!

Cape Town AI Mastermind: Behind the Scenes
In February, I spent a week in Cape Town, SA with some of the top AI entrepreneurs in the space for a mastermind. We had hundreds of community members join us. I met some amazing people and left feeling so energized and inspired. Which is why I've been uploading almost daily lately, haha! Anyways, just dropped a behind the scenes vlog if you're interested in checking it out. AIS is planning on doing big events and meetups regularly, so if this trip looked like fun, stay tuned for events in the future!
Who am I and Why...
I'm 50. The actual start was earlier than most people guess — at 14 I wore a heavy VR rig at an early VR researcher's home in Southern California, rudimentary 3D environment that made me sick when I took it off. Hooked since. Built my first computer in 1998. Twenty-six years across B2B and B2C — eight in enterprise B2B (early-2000s PDM and engineering data management for AutoDesk Inventor shops at JPL and aerospace/defense labs — when Inventor was fighting SolidWorks and Pro/E, before Vault existed), the rest B2C in-home consultations, the long work of building trust with strangers across a living room table. Through all of it I've been in the people business. A year ago the AI thread pulled hard enough that I started building. The build tab tells that side. Happy to go deep on retrieval, agent memory, or the harder question underneath all of it — what an AI system is actually for. still composting… — RJ

BEWARE
Hey @Nate Herk — I know the rules say don't ping you directly, forgive me for breaking that one. Some slithery slimy disrespectful dirtbag just approached me in DMs and I've already flagged them to Skool. Wanted to put this on the main board so the rest of the community sees it before someone newer gets taken. The pattern: started friendly, asked where I'm based, pushed to move to WhatsApp before any pitch was even revealed. After I demanded the actual offer, here's what fell out — create a new email, set up a new Freelancer.com corporate account under a "fresh brand," let "the team" bid and do work through my account, I'd manage the finances and keep 20%. That's a textbook effing money-mule scheme dressed up as a side hustle. FBI and Treasury have been warning about this exact pattern for two years — frequently linked to overseas IT-worker fraud rings recruiting Americans as the front-name. The American gets stuck holding the bag: tax exposure on 100% of routed income, money-laundering risk, OFAC sanctions exposure if the "team" is in a sanctioned country, and a bank account that gets SAR-flagged and shut down within months. 20% to ruin your life. Hell of a deal. The tells that should make you stop cold: the "let's move to WhatsApp" push before any pitch is on the table, vague friendly openers with no specifics, "just manage the account, we do the work" framing, "we cover all the fees" too-good-to-be-true math, and any multi-account or multi-country bidding talk. If you see this pattern, screenshot it and report. WhatsApp is the scam highway — real connections move to Zoom, Loom, or email. Never F-ING WhatsApp. Watch each other's backs out here. still composting… — RJ
