šŸš€New Video: I built another AI Agent in 2 hours (and got paid $2600)
In this video, I show the exact AI Agent I built in 2 hours, what the AI agent does, and why a client paid $2,600 for it. I break down the idea, how I put it together, and what actually made the AI Agent worth paying for. This video is another super valuable one. Hope you all enjoy!

šŸš€New Video: How I'd Learn n8n if I had to Start Over in 2026
If I had to start over and learn n8n from scratch today, this is the exact path I’d follow. The skills to focus on, the mistakes to avoid, and the fastest way to go from beginner to building real workflows that clients actually pay for. This is one of my most valuable videos yet, so I hope you guys enjoy!

The automation builders making $10K+/month aren't better at n8n than you
They're better at something else entirely. I spent 2 weeks analyzing multiple automation builders who consistently land clients. Expected to find: Advanced workflows, complex integrations, years of experience. Actually found: Most of them use the same 5-7 nodes for 80% of their paid work. š‡šžš«šž'š¬ š°š”ššš š¬šžš©ššš«ššššžš¬ šš”šžš¦ They don't sell "automation." They sell "you never have to think about this again." š“š”šž ššššššžš«š§ Builder A (making $2-3K/month): - Portfolio: 15 complex workflows - Pitch: "I can build any automation you need" - Client response: "Interesting, let me think about it" Builder B (making $8-12K/month): - Portfolio: 3 simple case studies with specific results - Pitch: "I noticed you're manually doing X. That's costing you Y hours/week. I can eliminate that in 3 days." - Client response: "When can we start?" š“š”šž šš¢šŸšŸšžš«šžš§šœšž? Builder A is selling their skills. planning to add document classification to my workflow šŸ’„
client currently sends invoices. now wants delivery receipts too. instead of separate workflows, building classification router THE APPROACH current: email → extract → process planned: email → classify → route → extract classification layer: - analyzes structure and headers - identifies document type - routes to type-specific extraction invoice route: vendor details, line items, totals receipt route: tracking, signature, delivery status THE N8N SETUP switch node after classification each path has different extraction schema results route to different systems one workflow handling multiple document types saves building separate automations for each type anyone implemented classification routing in n8n?
