🚀New Video: Turn Claude Into a One Person Marketing Team in 38 Mins
Claude Code and Higgsfield can act like a one-person marketing team, even if you do not know how to code, edit video, or design. In this video, I walk through setting up a brand-aware Claude Code project, connecting Higgsfield through MCP, and generating a website, ad creatives, carousels, sizzle reels, UGC videos, and a branded analytics tracker. You will also see the real outputs, costs, and where the first-pass generations still need a human touch.

I just published a new book called Becoming AI Native. For the next few days, I'm giving a huge discount on it and including two complete training programs. The entire package is worth $117.99, but you can get it for $4.99 through Saturday. I’m offering such a huge discount because I want the book in more hands. If you find it useful, I’d appreciate one favor: leave an honest review on Amazon after you read it. Get your discounted copy here: -> Your copy of my new book

What do you get if you upgrade to AIS+?
Some of you have never heard of the AIS+ community. Others have but the part that trips you up is the actual difference between the two. Either way, this post will give you clarity. This free group is a bundle of quick resources pulled from my YouTube videos, plus a massive open community that anyone can join. It's a great place to get your bearings and see what's possible. But it's open to everyone, it can be noisy and overwhelming, and there's no path through it. You can get help from other members, but I rarely answer questions here. AIS+ is the opposite: - A step by step roadmap with a clear order, so you're never guessing what to do next - A much smaller community of people who are seriously committed to building and selling AI agents - I answer questions every day and run a weekly Q&A call where you can get direct access to me For the course material: The roadmap takes you from zero to building and selling AI agents, and the whole thing is built on the latest tech like Claude Code and Codex. We update it constantly. The old n8n material has been archived. It's still there if you want it, but it's no longer the focus, because the way you build today has moved on and the courses moved with it. Here's the actual roadmap inside, in order, with when each piece opens up: 1. Start Here (opens the moment you join). Gets you oriented. How the community works, the path ahead, and how to get help when you need it. 2. Build Your Portfolio (opens the moment you join). Why a portfolio matters, beginner level tutorials, and what types of projects to focus on. You end up with real work you can show a client. 3. Claude Code (opens the moment you join). This is now its own dedicated course. Build faster, turn ideas into working automations, and go deep on the tool serious builders are using right now. This takes you from beginner to advanced, step-by-step. 4. Get Your First Clients (opens after 30 days). Getting your first clients is hard, because you don’t have any case studies yet. So, we analyzed all of the success stories from our members and found they get their initial clients with two different techniques: warm outreach and Upwork. So, we teach both techniques in detail with exactly what to say, exactly how to position yourself when you have no proof.
How I use a free 5-min audit + GPT to pre-qualify and close home service clients in one call (full system)
No cold pitch. No long demo. The audit IS the sales conversation. Here's the full system: Phase 1 — Data collection (5 min) Google Maps: search [niche + city], filter 3.8–4.4 stars, 20–80 reviews, last review 6+ weeks Pull: star rating, last review date, 1-star review themes, competitor gap Phase 2 — GPT analysis Feed the raw data with this prompt: "Based on this business's Google Maps profile [data], calculate: 1. Estimated monthly revenue lost from review gap vs competitors 2. Top 3 automation opportunities from 1-star review themes 3. Suggested personalised outreach opener with a specific dollar figure" Output: A bespoke brief for each prospect in under 60 seconds. Phase 3 — The outreach (not a pitch) "Your review gap vs [Competitor A] is estimated to be costing around $1,800/month in referral bookings. I fixed the same problem for a plumber last month — went 4.1 → 4.8 stars in 90 days. One 20-min call?" Results: • Outreach reply rate: 35% (vs <5% cold pitch) • 1-call close rate: 70%+ • Average retainer: $900–$1,500/month The AI doesn't replace the human conversation — it just makes sure you already know the answer before the question gets asked. Is anyone pairing this with Clay or Apollo for scaled prospecting? Would love to see what stacks people are building around the data layer.
Your past is an advantage! 👌
We look far away, wondering where the opportunity lies. Yet opportunities are often closer at hand—even right there in our own past. Your past is also an advantage. You just haven’t—or can’t yet—see it as one. To get started, would you answer these three questions? 1. Which industry have you spent the most time in over the past 5 years? 2. What tedious task or annoying problem in that industry drives everyone crazy but no one has solved? 3. If you solved it with AI, who would you show it to first? If you can give clear answers to all three, you’ve already got your niche. If you can’t, that’s not a problem—calm your mind, sit down, and think about your past; go through your emails, recall your conversations with people, and take notes. Then ask the 3 questions again. Until you find answers. 😉
