Workflow question

Hey friends. I’m looking for some input.

I have to build out this automation (n8n) in which it receives my customers Wordpress orders. It takes the needed parameters from that order like name, address, quantity , order type, phone number , email address and such. I need that information extracted and sent to a Google Drive, the usps label or a way where I can automate those needed parameters a sent to get easily and quickly printed. Opposed to my customer having to input all those parameters into his shipping user.

I need help on how I can automate this process and make it easier. Does anyone know how to build this or what would be the best way maybe integrating a mcp or something like that ?
