Where to host client workflows & how to charge?

Hey guys ,

I haven’t landed my first client yet, but I’ve got a question:

--Should I host the workflow in my n8n instance, or should it always be on the client’s?

If I get a deal (say $1,000 for a workflow), should I:

--Deliver it, teach them how to maintain it, and exit with a one-time payment?

--Or deliver it for $1,000 and also charge a monthly fee for ongoing maintenance/updates?

Curious how you guys position this with your clients.
