When was the last time an automation broke… and you had no idea why?
You know that feeling when everything should be working but the data just stops flowing? 😅
One of the most common things I see when fixing other people’s setups is:
❌ Flows built too tightly around one user’s credentials
❌ Webhooks that trigger before data’s even ready
❌ CRMs and phone systems speaking two different “languages”
Most of the time, it’s not a tool issue it’s a structure issue.Once you set things up with proper event handling and system-wide creds, everything just flows.
