What I’ve Learned About Building AI Agents — But What About Delivering Them?

I’ve learned a lot recently from a Nake about building AI agents — the tutorials are great and really detailed ( thanks fot that ). But one thing I’ve noticed: everyone talks about how to build these agents, but very few discuss how to deliver them to clients after onboarding.

Once a client is ready, do we just integrate their credentials and that’s it? Or do we need to host the agent for them? What does the actual delivery and deployment process look like in a professional setting?

These questions matter because delivering a project smoothly is just as important as building it. I’m curious how others handle this — especially around hosting, maintenance, and ongoing support.

If you’ve got experience in this, I’d love to hear how you manage the post-onboarding process and ensure clients get real value from day one.
