🚀 Wanted: Dutch AI Automation Builder (Freelance / Project-based)
My AI agency is growing, and I’m looking for an extra pair of hands.
We help recruitment agencies integrate AI — from audits to fully automated workflows that save hours every week.
What you’ll do:
- Build AI tools, automations, and custom agents (think: recruiter flows, screening bots, CRM automations)
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end
- Communicate directly with clients and translate their needs into working solutions
How we’ll work together:
- You’ll be paid per project
- Bonuses for 5/5 client ratings
- You’ll ‘own’ certain clients and can propose new automation ideas
- I handle sales and onboarding; you focus on delivery and client succes
Ideal profile:
- Strong experience with tools like n8n, Make, GPTs, API integrations
- Experience with creating apps using Lovable, Google AI studio or similar tools
- Clear communicator and self-starter
- Curious, fast learner, and obsessed with solving problems through automation
