voice agent for call center- results update
following up on the progress of this call center client
little update on finishing 6 days of calling in first 2 weeks of the test run by the call center.
they spent 1800 on ai calls. made 3600 on front end deals, and 2000+ on many backend deals that dont show in ringba dashboard. all in all they spent 1800 and made 6000+ in first 2 weeks of the test run.
The call center owner is blown away by the results and will gradually ramp up the volume to 100k calls per day over next few months now.
