I am following the classroom course AI_OS. I completed the course and have been building skills in it. I want to pivot and start having claude help me audit my Zapier account and Go High Level account for wasted zaps and custom fields. When changing topics like that, should I...

A) Simply open a new tab in the AI_OS visual studio code and prompt or

B) Open a new window in VSC and create a new folder in my mac with the general skill.md that is provided in Nate's resources or

C) Other

My worry is the token use and staying organized. Since I'm doing something completely different, does it make sense to start from scratch with B or continue with the context and skills already developed in A?
