Vapi Agent API Tool Call Failing with "fetch failed"

Hey everyone,

I’m working on a Vapi agent that uses an API call tool to send data to n8n. But whenever the agent calls the tool, I’m getting this error:

Has anyone run into this issue before? Could it be related to how I’m structuring the request, the endpoint URL, or maybe CORS/network restrictions?

Any guidance or examples of a working setup would be super helpful 🙏
