Using Vapi for Auto Shop Clients

Hi guys, I am building an inbound AI voice receptionist for Auto Shops using Vapi. For those who have built something similar, what do you guys recommend in terms of integrating Vapi with your client's system? Do you have your client update their phone numbers to the Vapi's agent number? Do you set up Call Forwarding from your client's number to Vapi's? If the latter, what tools do you recommend in doing that? Any guidance would be appreciated!
