“Frank Anthony’s Legacy: From My School Days to AI, Robotics & the Future of Education”

Life often brings us back to our roots in the most meaningful ways.

Recently, I came across a YouTube video of Mr. Ian Theodore Myers, Principal of The Frank Anthony Public School, where he shared how the school is taking education to another level, expanding not just in reach, but also in curriculum by introducing AI, robotics, and machine learning into academics. That vision deeply intrigued me, and it sparked this moment of reflection.

Adding to this serendipity, I then curated an AI-generated image featuring me alongside him. For someone who studied at Frank Anthony from nursery to Class 12 and passed my ISC under his leadership, this wasn’t just another AI generation, it was an honor.

The amusing part? The AI automatically recognized him as the “bigger man” in terms of size, proportion, and aspect. And honestly, how true is that? Because to me, and to generations of students who walked the same corridors, he has always been the bigger man:

- A genuine artisan of education

- An inspiring mentor

- A leader whose influence spans decades of students

I feel privileged that I had the chance to learn, grow, and be guided by someone whose vision continues to evolve with time. Sometimes, technology mirrors reality beautifully, and this moment reminded me of the timeless value of great educators and leaders.
