Right now i’m building something that kinda blurs the line between marketing and operations. A system that connects everything from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, even viber and turns it into one synced sales brain.
Built fully on n8n, Airtable, and an integrated OCR verification system, this setup isn’t just another chatbot it’s an actual assistant that handles the entire customer flow from “hi” to “here’s your order ID.”

Our AI agent (powered by n8n) fetches the menu straight from Airtable, confirms whether it’s delivery or pickup, asks if it’s cash or transfer, and summarizes everything before sending for confirmation.
If the customer chooses transfer, that’s when the fun starts the agent requests the slip, sends it to a separate n8n workflow that runs OCR scans the slip, checks for duplicate reference numbers, validates the amount, and once verified, logs it directly into Airtable’s Sales Table.

Owner gets notified with the same details human input. no delays. zero repetition.
