Plexaris Uganda AI Team is rocking week 12 of 20
110 tasks done. 1 in progress. Phase 3 of 5 at 87%. Phase 1 closed at 100%. Phase 2 at 96%.
HAKI our AI-powered legal intelligence platform for Uganda is on track to ship end of July. (Summer is hot, but this project is Hotter !!)
Four engineers in Kampala. One CEO in the Netherlands. 6,500 km between us. And nobody is asking "where are we?" because everyone already knows.
That is the part most people get wrong about remote teams. It is not a communication problem. It is a visibility problem.
So I built a Command Center. A custom dashboard the entire team logs into every morning. Sprint board, standups, weekly reports, risks, velocity, phase progress, team workload. One source of truth. No status meetings. No "can you send me an update?". The work is the update.
Bwoye Charles is running the team on the ground as Captain. Brian Mujuni, Phiona Nangobi and Kyomugasho Elna own the agents they build. I see what they ship, the moment they ship it.
The dashboard does not write the code. They do. But it removes every reason for a project to drift and that is usually what kills delivery, not the engineering.
Five weeks to launch. The team is steady. The numbers are clean.
Keep learning & building in the same time.
