Part 2 of my Inventory Management System for resturants
Part 2 of my Inventory Management System is live! 🔥In this build, I take things even further by automating how store receipts (Walmart, Sam’s, etc.) are uploaded into Slack, processed by Mistral AI OCR, cleaned and structured by an AI agent, and synced into Airtable — all without any manual input.
🧠 Tech Stack Used:
- Slack (receipt uploads: image or text)
- Mistral AI (for OCR + receipt extraction)
- n8n (handles the automation logic)
- Airtable (inventory database updates)
- Claude + calculator node (for clean quantity tracking)
- Slack AI agent (sends dynamic updates with emojis + new item alerts)
🎯 Built specifically for restaurants — but easy to adapt for any business tracking purchases or managing restocks.
