Operator Logs — Day 2
Today was less “AI” and more “what am I even selling?”
Spent a good chunk of time trying to define the niche instead of jumping into random builds.
Initially I was like: “I’ll just do AI automation for businesses”
Way too broad.
So I broke it down:
→ Who actually needs automation urgently?
→ Who already spends money?
→ Who has repetitive workflows?
Ended up narrowing it to:
Service businesses that deal with a high volume of leads (coaches, agencies, consultants)
Why?
  • They already value time
  • They lose leads due to slow response
  • Easy to show ROI with automation
After that, I mapped 1 core offer: “Lead handling + response automation system”
Not building 10 things anymore. Just ONE system that works.
Also started putting together a super basic landing page (nothing fancy yet, just structure):
  • Problem
  • Solution
  • Simple workflow explanation
  • CTA
Still rough, but at least now there’s direction.
Today felt like going from “playing with AI” → “actually building something sellable”
