New to the Community — Sharing What I’m Actively Building in AI
Hi everyone, I’m Prince 👋
I’m new to this community and wanted to introduce myself properly.
I’m here to add value by sharing what I’m actively building and testing, and to help a few members of this community build trust and confidence through real use cases.
Right now, I’m working on a couple of AI agents:
1) Lead Qualification – Outbound Voice Agent (for Realtors)
- Calls leads automatically
- Asks pre-qualification questions (budget, timeline, intent, location)
- Filters serious vs non-serious leads
- Sends only qualified details to the agent
- No follow-ups, no spam — just pure qualification
2) YouTube Content Research & Idea Generator Agent
- Researches trending topics in your niche
- Analyzes what’s already working on YouTube
- Generates content ideas based on data, not guesswork
- Helps creators stay consistent without burnout
