New here, looking to do a specific task…

Hello! I’m new here. I joined a little bit ago, but just bought my first thing from you, “Your First AI Agent” today.

I’m new to AI, so I’m looking to learn and starting from scratch. I’d never even heard of n8n until a couple of weeks ago.

To start, I’m looking to do automation for myself only, not to sell automation services to others.

I’m looking to build an AI-first biz, but very specifically, I’m looking to use human-in-the-loop AI. I definitely DON’T want to just fully automate everything so that everything runs without a human. As a customer, I’ve recently been on the receiving end of AI-only processes that malfunctioned and absolutely COULD NOT get through to a live human to fix it! It really left a bad taste in my mouth. So I wouldn’t want to do that to my customers.

I’m particularly excited to learn n8n! Very specifically, I’d like to:

1. Search for big Instagram accounts in a certain niche, find their most popular posts in say, the last 12 months, and then

2. Pull those posts into a Google sheet in order of popularity (views, likes, comments).

Can this be done with n8n? I need some direction here please!
