Need help with Pricing
Hey guys,
So I am running a fairly new AI automation agency from India and am currently working with a client.
The initial agreement with the client was about making a lead capture system using Whatsapp and a robust n8n backend for scoring.
I agreed to give them a 60 day free trial after which the monthly retainer would begin.
Unfortunately the client started to negotiate for a discount on the day of the first payment.
The reason for my dilemma is after working with the client for these two months - I am not only building a lead capture system but also :
  • Voice AI for inbounding calling
  • Custom CRM tool
The client has also assured me of a percentage of sales partnership in the near future which I intend on taking in writing.
Note : In my deduction the client is actually genuine and fits my ICP perfectly.
Hence, I am confused about what my pricing should be here. Should I give them a discount and for these 3 solutions (in hopes of a percentage partnership) or should I not?
On one hand I am trying to follow the Alex Hormozi "Give as much value as you possibly can" principle but on the other hand I fear I am spreading myself too thin for future negotiations.
I would appreciate some advise on this from my fellow agency owners!
