Need help to first sale

Hello everyone. I want to make my first sale. I'm focused on the Facial Aesthetic Clinic niche. I'm approaching clients via WhatsApp (the most widely used communication channel in Brazil) and by phone. However, I'm experiencing a security barrier and a lack of response because I'm approaching clients through the client channel itself. Out of 100 clinics, I only received two responses, which unfortunately didn't close. Do you recommend other approaches? Paid traffic might not be a good option, as I don't have the funds for it yet.
