Need Help Building My AI Receptionist Workflow (Beginner)

Hi everyone,

I’m just starting out, so I’m still learning how to build workflows. Right now, I’m trying to create an AI receptionist / voice agent, and I already have a diagram of how I want it to work.

The challenge is: I don’t know where to start putting it together in N8N. I’ve watched a YouTube tutorial, but it didn’t go through the full workflow. The creator shared a Make.com link in the description, but it doesn’t work anymore. I want to create the workflow in N8N.

Would anyone here be willing to guide me step by step, or help me understand how to turn my diagram into a working workflow? Even some tips, best practices, or examples would be super helpful!!
