๐ Quick intro, and a real ask for the builders in here.
I'm not here to sell AI agents or my time โ honestly the opposite.
I'm an operator. I run a publishing business (mostly children's books on Amazon, multiple pen names, three LLCs, high six figures($600k+ per year and climbing toward seven).
I'm here to ask โ because the people in this group know AI things I need, and I'd rather partner with someone good than figure it all out alone.
Here's the goal: turn the whole operation into a machine I mostly just monitor. I look at the niche research the Ai agent has done then hand another agent the brief, and the system produces a genuinely good book, creates all visual assets+audiobook, runs the marketing etc.
Here's where I'm at. โฌ๏ธ
๐ ๏ธ WHAT I'VE ALREADY BUILT (and want to refine)
I'm not starting from zero. These already run as skills in Claude Code:
โช๏ธ Amazon niche research โ I feed a raw keyword export into an agent and get back the market gaps, the complaints mined from competitor reviews, and a book concept.
โช๏ธ PPC + ad automation โ my bid rules, negation logic, and weekly cadence are written into skills the agent runs against fresh ad data. (This is the heart of the business โ ads are ~80% of my costs.)
โช๏ธ Listing SEO โ title, subtitle, description, and backend keywords, built as a writer/editor agent loop.
โช๏ธ Weekly review โ pulls from my tools and tells me what actually moved.
So I know how to build skills. I want to go much bigger. ๐
๐ WHERE I WANT TO GO NEXT (this is where I need you)
1. Books that are actually GOOD โ not AI slop. ๐ Produced at scale, across different niches. This is the hard part and the one I care about most. I want manuscripts readers genuinely rate, not the obvious AI junk flooding Amazon.(I'm thinking something like a agent loop/goal that has a writer and editor looped agent and feed it other best selling books so that it gets the style and format down, but irons out all the shitty AI language and quirks.)
2. Pro-level covers with AI. ๐จ
Been looking at Ideogram(best with word accuracy apparently?).
I want covers a browsing customer can't tell are AI โ and that actually convert clicks to sales.
3. TikTok trend-spotting, automated. ๐ Surfacing the formats and angles going viral in a book's broad niche, so I'm not guessing what to post.
4. UGC video for ads. ๐ฌ AI avatars holding the book and talking to it โ good enough to run as real ads. Been looking at Higgsfield / Seedance.
5. The whole off-Amazon side I haven't touched yet. ๐ Right now I'm 100% dependent on Amazon โ no website, no email list, no audience I own. I want to build the full back end: pen-name brand sites, book landing pages, email list capture and nurture, and an ARC/review team workflow โ as automated as it safely can be. This is probably my single biggest untapped growth lever.
๐ THE ASK
For the people deep in AI here โ what would you actually use to build each of these?
Anti-slop manuscripts at scaleโฆ covers (Ideogram or better)โฆ TikTok trend researchโฆ UGC video ads (Higgsfield / Seedance / whatever's working for you)โฆ and the website + email + audience layer.
What's working for you right now?
๐ค AND IF YOU WANT TO GO DEEPER THAN A COMMENT
I'm genuinely open to working together. I've got a real business with real revenue to build this on โ so if you build this stuff, I'd basically be one of your first clients on the publishing side, and we scale it together.
There's real money and real upside here for the right person. Drop a comment or DM me. ๐ฉ
Appreciate any help. ๐
