Need a bit of help from the cold email pros here 👇

I’ve been running cold email for my agency (we help clients grow through YouTube content systems).

I’m getting solid open rates (71%), but barely any replies or conversions just 1 booked call out of 146 sends.

Tried multiple angles, personalization, and follow-ups… still feels like people open but don’t care enough to reply.

What would you test next - copy, offer, or targeting?

Any suggestions or patterns you’ve seen when open rates are good but reply rates stay low?
