My own Speech to tekst model

I just made in one day a speech to text model with Fable 5. It's really easy to make it. And I was first using Whisper, but that's 15 euro a month. Thought well I can also make it myself so that's what I did I'm gonna first use it a little bit more and tweak it a bit more and when it is ready I put it on Github. So let me know if you guys want to use it.

By the way I just wrote everything with the speech to text model without changing any words.
