🚨 Most people in here don’t need more AI tools…
They need a system.
I’ve been going down the rabbit hole of building my own CRM using AI not some complicated tech stack, just something simple that actually fits how I work day-to-day.
And it made me realize something…
A lot of people are:
❌ jumping between DMs
❌ forgetting follow-ups
❌ losing warm leads
❌ relying on memory instead of systems
That’s literally money slipping through the cracks.
So I started putting together my own setup:→ tracking conversations→ organizing leads→ setting follow-ups→ keeping everything in ONE place
Nothing crazy, just something that actually works.
Curious though…
How are you guys managing your leads right now?
