MailCaff.com Update > Disposable email and role account detection
Worked on improving the disposable email and role account detection.
Realised that some domains for disposables keep changing.
Annoying, but I guess unavoidable.
The detection now checks more patterns and updates itself.
Role accounts like info@ and admin@ are tricky too.
They're valid but often not useful for cold email.
I made the flagging more precise by adding more known role patterns.
It's a balance between flagging too many and missing some.
Disposable emails are a bigger issue for lead gen.
They often bounce or just never get checked.
The detection for these is part of the verification process now.
It doesn't slow it down, which was a concern.
I've been collecting more data on both these features and fine tuning as I go.
Anyone else dealing with disposable emails that are really persistent?
Or role accounts that seem legit but bounce?
Would like to know if others have seen similar issues or found interesting patterns.
Always more to learn about the way emails are used and abused.
MailCaff.com is a affordable solution to finding and verifying emails.
There are still some pilot spots available with 10.000 free credits, DM me if you are interested.
