Core Goal: To create a robust, scalable, and maintainable WhatsApp-based chatbot for pre-booking local and outstation taxi services. The system should automate the user booking process, match available drivers to requests, and facilitate the connection between the user and the confirmed driver.
The project has a functional "Lean V1" built on n8n and Airtable. The goal of this next phase is to refactor the V1 into a more dynamic and professional V2 system, reducing hardcoded logic and improving state management.
