Learning AI- next steps in n8n help

I have built 4 agents basic agents with claude code (weather agent, web search agent, doc q&a agent, and email drafter). I have moved into n8n for the second phase of learning and built an ai email assistant agent. Any suggestions on pretty simple n8n agents? I'm focusing on understanding the workflows while understanding the node/trigger/routing mechanics before I go deeper.

What I'm NOT looking for: complex multi-agent systems or production-ready builds. I want workflows that isolate one or two concepts at a time.

What I AM looking for: simple 5-10 node workflows where the learning is in the structure, not the complexity. Minimal to no cost to setup and run.

Appreciate any suggestions from people who've been here before.
