🚀 Just built a Reddit Lead Scraper for Automation Opportunities
I wanted to share something I hacked together recently – a workflow that scrapes posts from r/smallbusiness, analyzes them with an AI agent, and captures leads where people are explicitly asking for automation help.🔎 Here’s how it works:
- Scrapes new/hot posts from r/smallbusiness.
- AI filters and analyzes the text to spot posts where automation could solve the problem.
- Adds relevant details (problem type, urgency, potential automation idea).
- Automatically pushes the qualified leads into Google Sheets.
💡 End result: a live database of small business owners actively posting about problems that automation can solve.I’m thinking of expanding it with:
- Scoring leads by urgency/pain level
- Avoiding duplicates
- Auto-drafting outreach messages
