Is AI a good real estate editor?
We came across a viral real-estate reel and wondered:
Can AI recreate an edit that was originally made by a skilled DaVinci Resolve editor?
So we tested it.
And here's the crazy part:
We spent $0.
Just AI, open-source tools, and raw real-estate footage.
The goal wasn't to make a random reel.
The goal was to see if AI could replicate:
• Speed ramps• Zoom transitions• Motion blur• Color grading• Shot selection• Overall pacing
The result surprised us.
What's most interesting isn't whether AI can replace editors.
It's that anyone with curiosity and the right tools can now recreate workflows that previously took years to master.
