I'M SO Close To Building My Dream Bot

So Ever Since The Ultimate Agent Video I know I could Build an Ai Agent That Can Automate My Deals Process

I Come Across So many Real Estate Opportunities and Just would Like to Submit them to People With Capital So I can Close which is pretty Tedious, Getting 9 Deals Per Day, Having to Underwrite Them to make sure the numbers work out, Then Emailing each individual Deal To My Private Money Lenders to get their rates,

So Far I configured My Bot To My Personal Stuff, Like My Calendar, Email, Contacts, Properties.

Next Im attempting to combining The Property List and Contacts List and Emailing them and going through the Normal CRM Process to Close on these Houses

Challenges right now is that;

the property Lists I have right now, Ive built manually, Im attempting to automate building it, and with that I know Some listing I have the Address, # of Bedrooms, # of Bathrooms, and SQFT alone and I have other data to gather to fill in the blanks Im having trouble doing that.

Next Thing is My Email Bot Following Up once It Initially Submits the Deal to Private Money People, Because Thats only a part of it, once we decided what Private Money lender We choose to go with, is the the one we're going to be initializing Escrow With.

Im Sharing My Work So Far of What I have and Where Im Stuck at, Feedback would help a lot Ive always been a teach to fish rather just giving me the fish person, Ive been asking chat to help me out with the thought process but i'm not getting much, probably because of my prompting but hey just attempting to be as articulate and punctual with my word choice as possible
