Hi Society! 👋
As a Junior Applied Stats student interning in the AI space, I hated the high-variance and low efficiency of the traditional job hunt. Spending hours manually tailoring resumes and LinkedIn profiles felt like a "broken system."
So, I built an end-to-end Career Automation Pipeline using Maxgent.
The Logic Flow:
- Vectorized Job Matching: Instead of keyword matching, the Agent uses semantic search to find roles that align with my actual skill set (Stats + Ops).
- LinkedIn Profile Injection: It identifies "keyword gaps" between my profile and top-tier job descriptions, then suggests SEO-optimized rewrites for my 'About' and 'Experience' sections.
- ATS-Optimized Tweaks: It dynamically adjusts bullet points for each specific high-match role to ensure I pass the initial filters.
The Result: Since I deployed this workflow, my "Recruiter Search Appearances" increased significantly.
I’m looking for 10 "Automation Minds" here to stress-test this workflow. Does it find the right niches for you? Does the SEO injection feel natural?
