Hi I just created one AI workflow and one telegram Agent so basically the first workflow look for new file created in a folder when created it download that extract that into binary data then use AI Information Extractor to Extract the fields needed then add those in the same columns of google sheets, then with Ai it creates An Email to be sent to billing team, the second agent is a telegram personal agent that can read that spreadsheet and can pull information out of it add information to it, delete full columns or rows or a specific cell or range so you basically can have just upload your Invoice in Google drive and can completely manage them just by chatting and I also add a security code in this agent that it can give me the link of the google sheets so I can check it !
