I built the same functionality on n8n, trigger.dev, and API calls.

What it does:

- Accepts CVs via form or email — uploads to Drive automatically, no manual input

- AI scores every applicant: strengths, weaknesses, risk factor (out of 10), reward factor (out of 10), overall fit

- One-click pass or fail in Airtable — interview scheduling or rejection email fires automatically

- Interview invite sent with reminders 1 day before and 10 minutes before the call

Zero data entry. Zero manual scheduling. Full pipeline from CV to interview without touching anything except one click.
